Project Manager – Roads & Highways Infrastructure

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead construction supervision of major roads, highways, bridges and tunnel projects in Saudi Arabia. The role involves technical oversight, contract administration and stakeholder coordination to deliver projects on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the construction supervision team for large‑scale infrastructure projects.
• Manage day‑to‑day operations, ensuring compliance with contract documents, specifications, quality standards and local regulations.
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, sub‑consultants and government authorities to resolve technical and contractual issues.
• Prepare and monitor project schedules, implement corrective actions and report progress to senior management.
• Oversee QA/QC and HSE compliance on‑site and review project documentation such as method statements, shop drawings, RFIs and technical submittals.
• Monitor contractor performance, track delays or variations and support the preparation of change orders and claims.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering (Master’s preferred).
• Minimum 20 years of construction supervision experience on roads, bridges, highways and tunnels.
• At least 5 years of consultancy experience in Saudi Arabia or the GCC.
• Proven track record delivering large infrastructure projects under Saudi standards (MOT, Aramco, etc.).
• PMP certification is preferred.
• Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of FIDIC or similar contract frameworks.
• Project scheduling and progress monitoring.
• QA/QC procedures for civil infrastructure.
• Health, Safety & Environmental (HSE) compliance.
