Project Manager – Technology Projects

About the role

Masterworks is seeking a proactive Project Manager to lead technology‑focused initiatives across the organization. You will be responsible for guiding projects from conception through delivery, ensuring they meet quality standards, timelines, and budget constraints.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement detailed project plans covering scope, schedule, and resource allocation.
• Oversee day‑to‑day project activities, monitoring budget adherence and timeline compliance.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams to promote effective communication and collaboration.
• Conduct regular status meetings and provide comprehensive updates to stakeholders.
• Identify risks early and apply mitigation strategies to keep projects on track.
• Maintain thorough documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
• Analyze project performance and deliver insights for continuous improvement.
• Build and sustain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Business or a related field.
• 3–5 years of project management experience in a technology environment.
• Strong organizational abilities with capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and relationship‑building skills.
• Proven ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• PMP or similar certification is a plus.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Project.
• Experience using Trello for task and workflow management.
