Project Manager - Towers

About the role

The Project Manager – Towers will lead the delivery of residential and commercial high‑rise tower projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the required quality standards. This role involves close coordination with clients, consultants, contractors and multidisciplinary engineering teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and manage the execution of residential and commercial high‑rise tower projects from construction commencement through final handover.
• Oversee all site construction activities, ensuring compliance with project requirements, technical specifications and contractual obligations.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, subcontractors and engineering disciplines to ensure smooth project execution.
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, quality and safety performance, implementing corrective actions when required.
• Identify and mitigate project risks while resolving technical and operational issues.
• Ensure compliance with QA/QC procedures, HSE regulations and applicable industry standards.
• Conduct regular progress meetings, site inspections and prepare project status reports for stakeholders.
• Support testing, commissioning, snagging and final project handover activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management or a related engineering discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of experience managing residential and commercial high‑rise tower projects.
• Proven involvement in at least three tower projects from construction commencement through final handover.
• Fluent English with excellent communication, leadership and stakeholder management skills.
