Project Manager – Transportation & Mobility

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a high‑profile real‑estate development linked to a bus public‑transport operation. The role combines construction project management, transport and mobility expertise, and end‑to‑end advisory leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Provide advisory leadership across the full project lifecycle, from design review to commercial support and implementation monitoring for bus and BRT programmes.
• Develop corridor and network strategies, demand forecasts, service plans, fleet and depot strategies, and operational concepts.
• Interface directly with public authorities, operators, consultants and community stakeholders to secure approvals and manage communications.
• Manage program controls – schedule, cost, risk and quality – and establish PMO structures, KPIs, stage‑gates and reporting dashboards.
• Review and assure designs for road infrastructure, stations, depots, ITS, fare collection and priority measures.
• Lead operational readiness planning, service change management and transition to operations, including safety management systems.
• Champion user experience, accessibility, equity and reliability through data‑driven performance management.
• Integrate sustainability and resilience outcomes in line with ESG and client policies.

Required profile

• 20+ years overall experience, with at least 15 years in construction management, real‑estate development and transport/mobility.
• Proven leadership delivering large, complex urban mobility programmes, including PMO setup and governance.
• Experience in greenfield bus priority measures, station/stop design interfaces and ITS/fare systems.
• Strong stakeholder management at senior levels, including elected officials and transport agencies.
• Excellent communication skills for synthesising technical inputs into clear recommendations.
