Project Planner – Construction & Fit‑out Projects

About the role

The Project Planner will be responsible for estimating project timelines, monitoring deadlines and ensuring that material supplies are available throughout the construction and fit‑out phases. Working closely with site managers, engineers and the procurement team, the role guarantees that projects progress on schedule and meet client expectations.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain project schedules, baseline plans and weekly/monthly progress reports using tools such as Primavera P6 and MS Project.
• Coordinate with procurement, subcontractors and clients to track orders, delivery dates and resolve any issues that may affect the timeline.
• Prepare RFQs, assemble supplier quotes and support pre‑contract and post‑contract planning activities.
• Act as the main interface between the company, external parties and the setting‑out team, ensuring clear communication and documentation.

Required profile

• 7–10 years of experience in a fit‑out or high‑rise construction environment, preferably with 5‑star hotel projects.
• Experience working on commercial, public‑area and room fit‑out projects in Saudi Arabia, with willingness to relocate.
• Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and deliver extensions of time using baseline schedules and EVM.
