Project Sales Consultant

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Project Sales Consultant to drive office‑furniture projects across Saudi Arabia. Based at our Riyadh head office, you will work closely with design, procurement and installation teams to deliver complete workspace solutions for corporate, government and institutional clients.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities for office‑furniture projects targeting corporate, government, education, healthcare and commercial sectors.
• Build and maintain relationships with interior designers, fit‑out contractors, main contractors, real‑estate developers, dealers and project consultants.
• Manage the full sales cycle – lead generation, client needs analysis, solution design, quotation, commercial negotiation, contract signing and project delivery.
• Coordinate with design, procurement, installation and after‑sales teams to ensure timely and successful project execution.
• Monitor project payments, collect accounts receivable and minimise financial risk.
• Prepare regular sales forecasts, progress updates and analysis reports to support business strategy.
• Represent the company at industry exhibitions, networking events and customer engagement activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• Minimum 1 year of sales experience in Saudi Arabia, preferably in office furniture, FF&E, interior fit‑out or commercial workspace solutions.
• Familiarity with project sales processes in Saudi Arabia and existing relationships with designers, contractors or corporate clients is an advantage.
• Arabic speaker with good command of English for business communication.
• Valid Saudi driving licence and willingness to travel for client visits.
