Projects Manager – Civil

About the role

Etihad Gharbia Contracting Company is seeking a Projects Manager – Civil to lead its construction department in Jeddah. The role is full‑time, on‑site and responsible for delivering civil infrastructure projects from inception to completion while driving business development and new project acquisition.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the development of comprehensive cost estimates and apply strategic pricing to ensure profitability.
• Develop detailed project plans covering scope, schedule, budget and resource allocation.
• Identify and pursue new construction opportunities through market research, client networking and pre‑bid meetings.
• Plan, execute and supervise civil projects such as residential, commercial, roads, bridges and other infrastructure.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers and clients to ensure smooth execution.
• Manage project budgets, monitor cash flow, control costs and oversee procurement to avoid overruns.
• Prepare and review project documentation, reports and technical specifications.
• Lead and motivate project teams, providing technical guidance and ensuring safety standards.
• Handle contractual negotiations, variations and change orders while maintaining strong stakeholder relationships.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field.
• Proven experience in civil project pricing, estimating and management.
• PMP or other project‑management certification is a plus.
• Valid transferable iqama.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, safety standards and legal regulations.
