Property Management Accountant

About the role

The Property Management Accountant at Bright House RealEstate will oversee the day‑to‑day accounting for a portfolio of properties in Jeddah. This full‑time, on‑site position ensures accurate financial records, supports budgeting and forecasting, and provides insights to property managers and senior leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Post journal entries and reconcile accounts for multiple properties.
• Maintain tenant ledgers, track rental income and operating expenses.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual financial reports and statements.
• Process payments, support budgeting, cash‑flow forecasting and cost control.
• Collaborate with property managers and internal stakeholders to deliver financial insights.
• Assist with audits, variance analyses and ensure compliance with company policies and local regulations.
• Identify discrepancies, recommend process improvements and support investment decisions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or related field.
• Strong accounting foundation with experience in property or real‑estate environments.
• Attention to detail, analytical thinking and ability to meet deadlines in a fast‑paced setting.
• Effective communication skills for collaboration with internal and external partners.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Jeddah.
