Public Relations Manager

About the role

The Public Relations Manager will lead communication strategies and initiatives for both existing and new retainer clients, as well as strategic events. Working closely with the PR, Marketing, and Events teams, you will ensure clear, compelling, and strategic brand communications are delivered on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute PR and communications campaigns, defining strategy, goals, budget, and tactics for retained and new clients.
• Lead day‑to‑day client relations across multiple accounts, maintaining constant communication with clients and internal teams.
• Collaborate with internal strategy teams on research, briefs, and strategic development.
• Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including stylists, press thought leaders, and senior media contacts.
• Leverage influencer networks to secure earned‑media opportunities that drive reach and advocacy.
• Manage budgets and timelines for client accounts.
• Draft press releases, statements, interview guides, and other written communications.
• Monitor, analyze, and report PR results to clients on a monthly basis.
• Coordinate PR activations, press events, and shoots.
• Contribute to business development and identify potential new clients for the PR department.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum of 6 years of experience in public relations, preferably within fashion, luxury, or lifestyle sectors.
• Fluent written and spoken English.
• Strong organizational, negotiation, and leadership abilities.

Required skills

• Advanced knowledge of MS Office.
