Public Relations Manager – PR & Communications Lead

About the role

The Public Relations Manager will lead the development and execution of PR and communications campaigns for both existing retainer clients and new strategic accounts. Working closely with the wider PR, Marketing and Events teams, you will ensure brand messages are clear, compelling and delivered on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Design and implement PR & communications strategies, setting goals, budgets and tactics for retained and new clients.
• Manage day‑to‑day client relations across multiple accounts, maintaining clear communication with internal teams.
• Build and nurture relationships with media, influencers, stylists and thought leaders to secure earned media coverage.
• Oversee budget and timeline management for each client account.
• Draft press releases, statements, interview briefs and other written communications.
• Monitor industry trends, competitive landscape and identify new exposure opportunities.
• Produce monthly performance reports and present results to clients.
• Coordinate PR activations, press events, shoots and other media‑related activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
• Minimum 6 years of professional PR experience.
• Experience in fashion, luxury or lifestyle sectors is preferred.
• Fluent English, both written and spoken.

Required skills

• Advanced knowledge of MS Office.
