Public Relations Officer – Government Relations & Driver

About the role

The company is seeking a highly organized Public Relations Officer who will also serve as a professional driver. Based in Saudi Arabia, the role combines government‑relations support with logistical duties, ensuring smooth interaction with regulatory bodies and safe transport for executives and staff.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate day‑to‑day communication with government departments, regulatory authorities and other public bodies following approved protocols.
• Track regulatory developments, inform internal stakeholders of changes and assist with compliance documentation.
• Prepare and submit permits, licences, registrations and other official paperwork, liaising with both internal teams and external authorities.
• Organise and support meetings, visits and engagement activities involving government or regulatory stakeholders.
• Maintain accurate government‑facing correspondence and ensure all documentation meets organisational standards.
• Assist employees with residency visas, iqamas and dependents’ documentation, acting as a point of contact for local regulatory enquiries.
• Provide safe, punctual transport for executives and staff, planning routes and managing calendars.
• Represent the office professionally in all external interactions.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience working in Saudi Arabia in government relations, compliance or related fields.
• Valid Saudi driving licence with a clean safety record.
• Proven ability to manage visa processing, trade licences and authority paperwork.
• Highly organised, dependable and able to handle multiple administrative tasks simultaneously.
