Public Relations Officer

About the role

Saipem is looking for a Public Relations Officer to join its Onshore Business Line in Saudi Arabia. The role supports government‑relations activities, ensures compliance with local regulations, and streamlines administrative processes that enable efficient project operations.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with Saudi government entities and process official documentation and permits.
• Ensure compliance with Saudi labour laws, governmental regulations, and internal procedures.
• Support employee‑related government services through relevant online platforms.
• Liaise with internal departments to guarantee timely completion of government transactions.
• Maintain accurate records and prepare reports on government‑relations activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Human Resources, Law or a related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience as a Public Relations Officer, Government Relations Officer or a similar role.
• Native Arabic speaker with good working proficiency in English.

Required skills

• Strong knowledge of Saudi Labour Law and government procedures.
• Experience dealing with Saudi government entities and online portals.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
