Public Sector Account Executive (Saudi Arabia)

About the role

Elastic is seeking a dynamic Public Sector Account Executive to drive growth within Saudi Arabian government agencies. You will be the front‑line champion of Elastic’s AI‑powered search, observability and security solutions, helping public institutions unlock the value of their data.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities across key public sector departments.
• Act as a trusted advisor, guiding customers through digital transformation using Elastic’s platform.
• Promote open‑source technologies and demonstrate the benefits of Elastic’s search‑powered solutions.
• Collaborate with technical teams, developers and decision‑makers to create tailored use cases.
• Manage complex sales cycles, produce accurate forecasts and achieve revenue targets.

Required profile

• Proven record of over‑achievement in Enterprise SaaS sales, preferably within the public sector.
• Deep understanding of Saudi government procurement processes and stakeholder dynamics.
• Ability to engage both technical and executive audiences.
• Strong curiosity, tenacity and a growth‑driven mindset.
