Pump E&I QC Engineer

About the role

The Pump E&I QC Engineer will ensure that all pump and skid‑mounted equipment meet the required quality, safety and regulatory standards. Reporting to the Quality Supervisor, the engineer will develop and manage Inspection Test Plans (ITP) and coordinate with vendors, clients and internal teams to verify conformance.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and define test and inspection requirements, including ITPs and procurement specifications.
• Attend and lead inspection/expediting activities, including Pre‑Inspection Meetings.
• Review and endorse vendor/manufacturer test reports and issue inspection release certificates.
• Produce inspection, expediting and disposition reports, and manage punch‑list and non‑conformance items.
• Conduct sourcing inspections for electrical equipment (motors, LOS) and participate in Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT).
• Coordinate with project coordinators, clients, vendors and quality personnel to ensure proper execution of assignments.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering.
• 3‑5 years of experience in pump OEM or skid‑mounted equipment manufacturing.
• Familiarity with Saudi Aramco standards (e.g., 34‑SAMSS‑831/711, 611, SA‑8020‑831, 17‑SAMSS‑502, 503, 515, IR‑340200, IR‑173700).
• Holding QM01, QM02, QM21, QM36 qualifications is an advantage.
• Certified Internal/Lead Auditor for ISO 9001:2015.
