QA Technician – Poultry Operations

About the role
Almarai is seeking a QA Technician to coordinate all quality activities within its poultry operations. Working under the guidance of the SQAM/DQAM, you will support the plant’s quality team to ensure compliance with internal and external standards.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate quality activities in the poultry processing plant.
- Implement and monitor quality standards such as APD and ISO 22000:2005.
- Conduct quality awareness programs independently.
- Perform systems audits and ensure corrective actions are applied.
- Communicate quality requirements effectively to a multinational workforce.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in food services or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a quality role within a meat or poultry processing plant.
- Experience at a supervisory level.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
Required skills
- Knowledge of ISO 22000:2005 standards.
- Familiarity with APD quality standards.
