QA/QC Manager

About the role

The QA/QC Manager will lead the implementation and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS) across EPC projects. Reporting to senior management, the role coordinates with engineering, procurement, construction and corporate teams to ensure compliance with codes, standards and client specifications.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee project quality to guarantee compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and client requirements.
• Develop, implement and maintain the QMS for all functional areas, including engineering, procurement, construction, bidding, IT and HR.
• Lead quality reviews for technical and commercial bids, ensuring alignment with statutory and QHSE deliverables.
• Participate in tender evaluations, risk reviews and define QA/QC scope and contractual obligations.
• Coordinate with procurement and engineering to embed QA/QC protocols in vendor qualification.
• Manage audit programs, Aramco Project Quality Index (PQI) performance, and non‑conformance trend analysis.
• Prepare and present quality performance dashboards and strategic insights to executive leadership.
• Support high‑level client audits and board reviews.

Required profile

• Minimum 15 years of senior QA/QC experience in an EPC environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (any discipline).
• Experience on Saudi Aramco projects is preferred.
• Certification from a reputable audit firm for QHSE audits.
