QC Inspector – Quality Assurance & Inspection

About the role

The QC Inspector will report to the QHSE Manager and be responsible for visual and dimensional inspection of machined items, rental fleet assets and supplier‑provided services across all Hunting product lines. This full‑time role ensures compliance with API, licensee standards and internal quality procedures.

Key responsibilities

• Perform first‑off, in‑process, receiving, final and NDT inspections (Level 2 certified).
• Conduct hardness testing, pressure‑testing witnessing, premium connection inspection, drift testing and service inspections.
• Upload all test results to the designated spreadsheet and maintain equipment calibration records.
• Carry out lifting equipment visual examinations and recertifications.
• Control non‑conforming products and issue internal or subcontractor NCRs.
• Adhere to Hunting QMS, HSE policies and relevant international codes and standards.
• Prepare inspection reports, release material after final inspection and stop processes when deviations are identified.

Required profile

• Relevant university or ITI diploma with 2‑3 years industry experience.
• Full Saudi driving licence.
• Green Belt or Black Belt in Lean Six Sigma.
• NEBOSH certification (5 or 6) or equivalent.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, API Q1/Q2, OHSAS 18001, ISO 14001 and HSEQ standards.
• Excellent communication, professional conduct and willingness to travel.
