QC Manager – Senior Quality Control Engineer

About the role

The Quality Control Manager will lead QC activities for radiators and cooling systems supplied to the aftermarket, covering passenger, commercial, and industrial applications across Saudi Arabia and GCC markets. The role ensures compliance with ISO, ASME, and regional standards while driving continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct inspection, testing, and reporting of aftermarket and OEM products to meet GCC‑specific and international standards.
• Develop and implement QC protocols for the entire product lifecycle, from inbound raw materials to outbound finished goods.
• Maintain product traceability, liaise with suppliers, and resolve non‑conformance issues.
• Provide technical support and training to internal teams on quality standards and best practices for radiators.
• Collaborate with aftermarket radiator companies across Saudi Arabia and the GCC to ensure consistent product quality.
• Prepare and present QA reports, corrective actions, and compliance status to management.
• Maintain comprehensive quality documentation in Arabic and English.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 12‑15 years of experience as a Quality Control Engineer in a similar manufacturing environment.
• Fluency in English and Arabic.
• In‑depth knowledge of regional quality standards for aluminum radiators and intercoolers.

Required skills

• Hands‑on experience with aluminum, copper, and brass radiator materials.
• Al brazing and TIG/MIG welding techniques.
• SQC/SPC statistical quality tools.
• MSA/Calibration procedures.
• Process Capability and Control (CP/CPK) analysis.
