QC Senior Inspector

About the role

The QC Senior Inspector will ensure product quality and drive continuous improvement within NAPCO's manufacturing operations. This role is open to Saudi nationals only.

Key responsibilities

• Apply understanding of the NFP business environment and interpret internal policies and procedures to support quality objectives.
• Organize and plan work and project activities to efficiently accomplish tasks and meet short‑ and long‑term objectives.
• Perform technical maintenance tasks, autonomously apply condition monitoring and basic preventive maintenance techniques.
• Monitor and evaluate the entire manufacturing process at NAPCO to ensure quality standards are met and drive engineering and process improvements.
• Conduct or guide Root Cause Analyses (RCAs) on quality incidents or non‑conforming products and recommend preventive or corrective actions.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of technical maintenance methods and ability to apply condition monitoring and preventive maintenance.
• Excellent organizational and planning skills with the capability to manage projects and achieve objectives.
