QHSE System Officer

About the role

We are looking for a QHSE System Officer to manage and maintain our Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental management systems within the power, electrical equipment and renewable energy sectors. The role ensures compliance with international standards and drives continuous improvement across operations.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and maintain QHSE systems in line with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.
• Coordinate internal and external audits with certification bodies such as TUV.
• Develop and update QHSE policies, procedures, and compliance programs.
• Conduct QHSE training and promote safety awareness across the organization.
• Investigate incidents, analyze trends, and support corrective actions.
• Maintain QHSE records, reports, and performance data.
• Identify opportunities for continuous improvement in quality and safety processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in QHSE system management.
• Experience working with international certification bodies (TUV, etc.).
• Strong knowledge of ISO standards and audit processes.
• Experience in industrial, power, electrical or manufacturing sectors preferred.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and communication skills.
