QHSSE Advisor

About the role

Roll Group is seeking a motivated QHSSE Advisor to join its Middle East team in Jubail, Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on ensuring the highest standards of quality, health, safety, security, and environment across project sites, aligning with corporate guidelines, local legislation, and client requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Manage, monitor, review, update, implement, and report on all QHSSE aspects of projects, promoting ROMS documentation and QHSSE maturity.
• Drive QHSSE improvement initiatives and report on KPIs to local management and the regional QHSSE manager.
• Provide consultancy, advice, and coaching to project staff, including preparation of QHSSE and Emergency Response Plans.
• Identify training needs, support line management in delivering QHSSE training, and ensure compliance.
• Participate in incident investigations, develop corrective actions, and ensure lessons learned are applied.
• Plan, conduct, and follow up on site inspections, audits, Permit to Work reviews, and Job Hazard Analyses.
• Document and manage QHSSE events in the established system and communicate outcomes to relevant managers.

Required profile

• Enthusiastic and motivated with a strong commitment to safety, quality, health, security, and environmental excellence.
• Ability to advise project site management and regional QHSSE leadership on performance improvements.
• Experience in coordinating QHSSE standards and contractual requirements on project sites.
