QS & Contract Administration Supervisor – Ras Al Khair

About the role

The QS & Contract Administration Supervisor will be based in Ras Al Khair and work within the Engineering Department of the Royal Commission. This office‑based position supports the EPC delivery of large‑scale residential, commercial and infrastructure projects across the Jubail and Ras Al Khair industrial cities.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise the Quantity Surveying and contract administration team to ensure accurate cost estimating, measurement and billing.
• Review and approve design submissions from local architect‑engineering firms.
• Oversee construction activities performed by local contractors and sub‑contractors, ensuring compliance with contract terms and project specifications.
• Coordinate daily commuting logistics between Jubail and Ras Al Khair using company‑provided transport.
• Maintain project documentation, change orders, and progress reports for senior management.
• Support the preparation of tender packages, variation orders and final account settlements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying or a related field.
• Significant experience on EPC projects, preferably in Saudi Arabia or the Gulf region.
• Proven supervisory experience managing QS and contract administration staff.
• Strong knowledge of Saudi construction regulations and contract law.
• Ability to work on‑site and commute daily between Jubail and Ras Al Khair.
