Quality Assurance Engineer

About the role

InnovationTeam is seeking a Quality Assurance Engineer to collaborate with cross‑functional teams, understand project requirements, and ensure high‑quality, user‑friendly applications for web and mobile platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and developers to define test requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Create, execute, and track manual and functional test cases for web and mobile applications.
• Perform end‑to‑end, API, and database testing using tools such as Postman and SQL queries.
• Maintain test documentation, including test cases, results, and defect tracking in JIRA or TFS.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related field.
• 3‑4 years of experience in manual and functional testing for web and mobile platforms.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Required skills

• Test case creation, execution and defect tracking (JIRA, TFS).
• API testing with Postman.
• Database testing using SQL queries.
• Test automation frameworks: Selenium, BDD.
• Agile/Scrum methodologies.
