Quality Assurance Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Quality Assurance Manager to lead the implementation of the Project Quality Management System for a large‑scale building development program in Riyadh. You will work closely with the client, resident engineer, project director, contractors and multidisciplinary supervision teams to embed a culture of quality excellence throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and maintain the Project Quality Assurance Management System in line with project specifications and international standards.
• Lead quality audits, surveillance activities and compliance assessments across all disciplines.
• Review and approve contractor Quality Management Plans, Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs) and Method Statements.
• Monitor contractor performance, manage NCRs, CARs and preventive actions, and ensure timely closure of audit findings.
• Conduct root‑cause analysis of recurring quality issues and drive continuous‑improvement initiatives.
• Oversee document‑control processes for quality records and ensure compliance with local regulations and client requirements.
• Prepare quality dashboards, executive reports and presentations for senior management and clients.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related discipline.
• Proven experience in quality assurance within large construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of international quality standards and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
