Quality Assurance Supervisor – Riyadh

About the role

The Quality Assurance Supervisor will lead the evaluation of product and process quality at our Riyadh plant, ensuring compliance with Nestlé’s quality standards and driving continuous improvement. This role supports quality planning, training, and the achievement of departmental and plant goals.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret and support quality policies, implementing guidelines to meet Nestlé’s standards.
• Respond to customer quality issues, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions.
• Participate in audits, apply corrective actions, and maintain certification status.
• Specify raw‑material quality requirements for suppliers and conduct sample analysis.
• Ensure production processes comply with Nestlé and national standards.
• Design, develop, and deliver quality control training programs for the QC team.
• Maintain quality and calibration records in line with the quality manual and customer requirements.
• Adhere to Nestlé SHE rules to ensure safety for self and others.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Food Safety, Chemistry, Biochemistry or related field.
• 2–3 years of supervisory experience, preferably in the FMCG industry.
• Knowledge of Quality Management Standards.
