Quality Assurance Trainee – Tamheer Program

About the role
The Quality Assurance Trainee will support the manufacturing process by ensuring that all produced units meet Jamjoom Pharma’s quality standards. This six‑month Tamheer program provides on‑the‑job training for recent Saudi graduates in a pharmaceutical factory environment.
Key responsibilities
- Verify line readiness before production activities commence.
- Conduct in‑process quality checks and perform sample testing.
- Monitor production continuously to identify defects through visual inspection.
- Document findings, report non‑conformities, and collaborate with the production team to implement corrective actions.
Required profile
- Saudi national residing in Jeddah.
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Microbiology, Biology or a related life‑science field.
- Not employed and not registered with GOSI in the last six months.
- No prior participation in the Tamheer program.
