Quality Auditor

About the role

The Quality Auditor will lead the design, implementation and enforcement of the quality assurance program within the QA department. This role ensures that all activities meet regulatory requirements and that the quality system continuously improves.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement and enforce the QA department’s quality assurance program.
• Ensure inspections and audits are scheduled, documented and meet regulatory standards.
• Review documentation, procedures and inspection results for adequacy.
• Continuously evaluate the effectiveness of the quality system and report trends, deficiencies and deviations.
• Maintain the master schedule of all studies and ensure proper archiving of raw and electronic data.
• Conduct vendor audits to verify compliance with quality standards.
• Engage in continuous education and support successful QA initiatives.
• Perform additional tasks as requested by the immediate supervisor.

Required profile

• Minimum of 5 years of auditing experience.
• Degree or relevant quality certification.

Required skills

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities.
• In‑depth understanding of quality control standards and testing techniques.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proficient use of MS Office and related word‑processing, spreadsheet and database applications.
