Quality Control (QC) Inspector

About the role

The Quality Control (QC) Inspector ensures that tools, spare parts, raw materials, work‑in‑progress, and finished products meet defined performance and standard limits. This position supports decision‑making by monitoring, collecting, and interpreting data across various production processes.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate and deliver information clearly, both verbally and in writing, within a business context.
• Monitor, collect, and interpret raw data from multiple sources; evaluate results and create reports to aid decision‑making.
• Inspect and test tools, spare parts, raw materials, work‑in‑progress, and finished products using simple to complex laboratory equipment, following engineering and procedural standards.
• Operate production machines according to Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) or other applicable instructions.
• Conduct or guide Root Cause Analyses (RCAs) on quality incidents or non‑conforming products and recommend preventive or corrective actions.
• Apply local, regional, and international occupational health and safety policies, regulations, and standards.

Required profile

• Strong written and verbal communication skills in English; knowledge of additional national or foreign languages is a plus.
• Ability to monitor, analyze, and report on data accurately.
• Experience with inspection and testing of materials and components using laboratory equipment.
• Familiarity with SOPs, RCA methodology, and occupational health & safety standards.
