Quality Engineer – Solar Mounting Structure

About the role

We are looking for a Quality Engineer to lead QA/QC activities for solar mounting structure fabrication and installation at our 2nd Industrial City Modon site. The role ensures that all products meet project specifications, drawings and relevant standards.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise daily QA/QC operations for solar mounting structures, including raw material, in‑process and final product inspections.
• Verify compliance with ISO, ASTM, EN and other applicable standards.
• Monitor welding, hot‑dip galvanizing and assembly processes to guarantee quality.
• Coordinate with production, engineering and site teams to resolve quality issues.
• Prepare and maintain quality reports, inspection records and Non‑Conformance Reports (NCRs).
• Implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) and support internal and external audits.
• Ensure proper documentation and traceability of quality data.
• Train and mentor QC inspectors and technicians.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering or a related discipline.
• Minimum 5 years of QA/QC experience in steel structure or solar mounting systems.
• Proven ability to work in a multidisciplinary environment and communicate effectively in English.
