Quality & HSE Engineer – Yanbu QRC

About the role

Flowserve is seeking a hands‑on Quality & HSE Engineer to support and coordinate quality assurance, inspection, health, safety and environmental activities within its Pump QRC in Yanbu. Reporting to the Quality Manager, you will ensure that all work complies with drawings, procedures, specifications, statutory requirements and customer expectations while fostering a safe work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform documented inspections to verify conformance of parts, repairs and assemblies to applicable drawings, procedures and regulatory requirements.
• Support and maintain the Inspection Test Plan (ITP) and project quality plan in line with Flowserve and customer standards.
• Define, coordinate and control project quality documentation for repairs, inspections and final release.
• Conduct dimensional, visual, painting and welding inspections according to established acceptance criteria.
• Review and verify qualifications of suppliers, welders and NDE personnel, ensuring compliance with required standards.
• Approve supplier manufacturing and testing documents and assist with customer or third‑party inspection approvals.
• Prepare test and inspection requirements for assigned projects, including ITPs and procurement specifications.
• Document and manage non‑conforming material and corrective actions.

Required profile

• Direct experience in pump OEM/QRC environments.
• Strong technical depth in quality assurance, inspection and site safety.
• Ability to work independently as an individual contributor.
• Reporting line to the Quality Manager.
