Quality Improvement Specialist

About the role

JD Logistics is seeking a Quality Improvement Specialist to strengthen its ground operations across regional markets. The role focuses on building robust quality and compliance frameworks, reducing loss and damage, and aligning local processes with global standards.

Key responsibilities

• Design and maintain operational quality control systems, including KPIs, incentive structures, penalty guidelines, and SOP compliance audits.
• Develop and implement risk‑mitigation programs to lower loss, damage, and customer complaints, meeting regional performance targets.
• Coach and guide local ground‑operations teams, providing operational guidelines to enhance technical and managerial capabilities.
• Create workflows for key accounts to maximize successful delivery rates and ensure high customer satisfaction.
• Serve as a liaison between regional operations and global standards, ensuring cross‑cultural alignment of processes.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years experience in ground operations, logistics quality control, or process optimization (e‑commerce, express courier, or 3PL preferred).
• Strong logical and structured thinking with high attention to detail and data‑driven decision making.
• Proven ability to manage, motivate, and develop local operational talent in a cross‑cultural environment.
• Fluency in Mandarin (Chinese) required.
