Quality Manager – Infrastructure Projects

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Quality Manager to lead quality assurance for major infrastructure projects, including roads, highways, tunnels and bridges, in Riyadh. You will ensure that all project phases meet the highest standards of quality, safety and regulatory compliance.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement quality management systems and processes aligned with industry standards and client requirements.
• Establish and maintain quality control procedures, inspections and testing regimes.
• Conduct regular audits, assessments and inspections of materials, workmanship and project activities.
• Collaborate with project teams, contractors and subcontractors to resolve non‑conformances and drive corrective actions.
• Provide guidance on quality planning, assurance and control to engineers and project managers.
• Monitor quality performance metrics, prepare reports and advise senior management.
• Facilitate training and awareness programs to promote a culture of continuous improvement.
• Liaise with clients, regulatory bodies and third‑party inspectors to demonstrate compliance.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or related field; Master’s preferred.
• Minimum 15 years of experience in construction quality management, especially on infrastructure projects.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001, Six Sigma and other quality standards.
• Excellent analytical, problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
• Effective communication and leadership skills for multidisciplinary teams.
