Quality Manager

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Quality Manager to lead the development, implementation and continuous improvement of the Project Quality Management System (QMS) for oil & gas and energy projects. The role will ensure compliance with ISO 9001, client requirements and regulatory standards while fostering a culture of quality across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Develop, implement and continuously improve the Project QMS.
• Ensure compliance with ISO 9001 and all applicable regulations.
• Manage project quality documentation, including Quality Plans, policies and procedures.
• Plan, coordinate and conduct internal and external audits during project execution.
• Analyse quality performance metrics and report regularly to management.
• Identify, investigate and resolve non‑conformities, defining corrective and preventive actions.
• Support supplier qualification and evaluation processes.
• Lead, mentor and train the Quality team.
• Collaborate with Operations, Production, Supply Chain and other departments.
• Maintain communication with the Client Representative on all quality matters.
• Coordinate with Construction Quality Management teams both on‑site and at the Home Office.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science or a related technical field.
• 8‑10 years of experience in quality roles, with at least 5 years in oil & gas or energy projects.
• Proven experience managing QMS and leading audit activities.
• Strong knowledge of ISO standards and regulatory requirements.
• IRCA ISO 9001 Lead Auditor certification or equivalent is an advantage.
• Demonstrated team‑leadership and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Fluency in English.
