Quality Manager – Quick Commerce Operations

About the role

Amazon Now is seeking a results‑driven Quality Manager to own and elevate quality standards across its quick‑commerce (dark‑store) operations in Saudi Arabia. You will work at the intersection of operations, vendor management, and customer experience to ensure every order meets Amazon’s high bar for accuracy, freshness, and reliability.

Key responsibilities

• Define, implement and continuously improve quality standards for order accuracy, product freshness and customer experience.
• Own key quality KPIs (defect rates, return rates, nPPM, customer complaints) and drive performance against targets.
• Partner with Vendor Management and Category teams to set and enforce vendor quality standards and corrective‑action processes.
• Lead root‑cause analysis for quality failures and implement systemic fixes across operations, sourcing and logistics.
• Develop and maintain SOPs, quality audits and inspection frameworks for inbound, storage, picking and last‑mile delivery.
• Collaborate with Tech and BI teams to build dashboards and reporting mechanisms for proactive issue detection.
• Coach and upskill operations and vendor‑facing teams to embed a culture of quality.
• Represent quality in cross‑functional business reviews and escalate risks with clear action plans.

Required profile

• 3+ years of experience with Excel.
• 5+ years in retail, operations, product or program management, or business consulting with a track record of delivering results.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional/military experience.
• Experience in financial analysis and P&L ownership.
• Strong analytical mindset and ability to manage large data sets.
