About the role

Vitality is seeking a full‑time Quality Nurse to join its on‑site team in Riyadh. The role focuses on safeguarding patient care quality, implementing assurance programs, and ensuring compliance with healthcare standards.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and ensure the quality of patient care across all services.
• Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance programs.
• Enforce compliance with national and international healthcare standards and protocols.
• Conduct clinical audits and review patient records to uphold safety.
• Provide training and education to medical staff on quality and safety practices.
• Identify areas for improvement and drive initiatives to elevate care standards.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of healthcare quality standards and protocols.
• Proficiency in patient safety management and clinical auditing.
• Experience in staff training and developing quality improvement initiatives.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for multidisciplinary collaboration.
• Problem‑solving and critical‑thinking abilities to identify care enhancements.
• Registered Nurse license with relevant experience in quality assurance or healthcare management.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast‑paced clinical environment.
• Experience in cosmetic and wellness care is a plus.
