Quality Team Leader

About the role

We are looking for a Quality Team Leader to direct daily quality operations across our plant, covering production lines, laboratories, syrup room and water treatment. The role ensures compliance with quality standards, food safety requirements and regulatory guidelines from raw material receipt to finished goods.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise quality activities across all production areas, including laboratories and water treatment.
• Maintain compliance with food safety and operational standards such as FSSC 22000, AIBI and QAS.
• Train, develop and monitor the performance of the quality team.
• Participate in internal and external audits, drive corrective actions and ensure continuous improvement.
• Monitor quality KPIs, prepare performance reports and support product launches.
• Lead process optimisation and cost‑saving initiatives while upholding product quality.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Food Science or a related field.
• 3‑5 years of experience in beverages, food manufacturing or water‑treatment operations.
• Strong leadership, communication, problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
