Quantity Surveyor

About the role

The Quantity Surveyor will support Riymar’s construction projects in Riyadh by managing costs, preparing tender documents and ensuring commercial compliance throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Read and analyse drawings and plans to determine quantities and cost implications.
• Prepare and review Bills of Quantities (BOQ), cost estimates and project budgets.
• Issue tender documents and requests for quotations (RFQs) and coordinate the tendering process.
• Compare and analyse technical and commercial offers from suppliers and contractors.
• Study market prices for materials and finishes, and negotiate with suppliers.
• Identify, analyse and monitor commercial and contractual risks, providing recommendations.
• Track project costs against approved budgets, flagging deviations or savings opportunities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Project Management, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in commercial affairs, cost management, procurement, quantity surveying or project development.
• Prior experience in real‑estate development or contracting companies is preferred.
• Fluency in Arabic and English.
