About the role
We are supporting an international engineering services organization on a major rail project in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The role seeks senior facility management professionals with proven experience in rail or transportation environments to lead facility operations for this large‑scale, multifaceted initiative.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver facility management services for rail and transportation infrastructure on the Riyadh project.
- Coordinate with O&M/FM teams to ensure optimal operation and maintenance of facilities.
- Support project delivery by applying senior FM expertise to meet project timelines and quality standards.
Required profile
- Minimum 7 years of experience in Facility Management.
- At least 3 years of experience specifically in transportation or rail facility management.
- Track record of working for a reputable O&M/FM organization.
- Ability to relocate to Saudi Arabia within 30‑45 days of offer acceptance.
