Reach Truck Operator

About the role

Arla Foods is seeking an experienced Reach Truck Operator to join its Supply Chain team in Riyadh. The role involves operating reach trucks in a temperature‑controlled warehouse to support efficient loading, unloading and order fulfilment.

Key responsibilities

• Operate the reach truck safely for loading, unloading, put‑away, replenishment and picking activities.
• Conduct daily equipment inspections and report any defects.
• Execute accurate stock movements using the Warehouse Management System (WMS) and handheld scanners.
• Apply FEFO (First‑Expired‑First‑Out) principles during product replenishment.
• Maintain warehouse safety, cleanliness and food‑safety standards.
• Assist with inventory counts and overall warehouse operations.

Required profile

• Minimum three years of experience as a Reach Truck Operator.
• Valid Reach Truck Operator licence or certification.
• Proven experience with warehouse operations, inventory management and WMS.
• Familiarity with handheld scanners and FEFO principles.
• Basic communication skills in English or Arabic.
• Willingness to work shifts in a temperature‑controlled environment.
