Real Estate Marketing Manager

About the role

Smart Media, a Saudi‑based digital marketing agency, is seeking a Real Estate Marketing Manager to lead the planning and execution of marketing strategies for its real estate clients. The role is on‑site in Riyadh and offers the chance to work with a creative team delivering impactful campaigns.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans for real estate projects.
• Analyse target audiences, customer journeys and buyer behaviour within the property market.
• Create campaign concepts aligned with business objectives.
• Coordinate with content creators, designers and media‑buying teams to ensure seamless execution.
• Review marketing materials and advertising content for quality and client alignment.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyse results and provide actionable recommendations.
• Stay up‑to‑date with market trends, competitor activities and emerging opportunities.
• Prepare reports and communicate progress to internal teams and clients.

Required profile

• 5+ years of experience in real estate marketing or managing real estate marketing accounts.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing, social media platforms and paid advertising.
• Fluency in Arabic and English; Saudi nationals preferred.
• Strategic thinking combined with creativity and problem‑solving abilities.
• Excellent communication, organization and project‑coordination skills.
• Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
