Receiver cum Storekeeper

About the role

We are seeking an organized and efficient Receiver cum Storekeeper to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. In this role you will manage incoming shipments, maintain accurate inventory records, and ensure smooth warehouse operations.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, unload, and inspect incoming shipments for accuracy and damage.
• Process and record incoming inventory using barcode scanners and inventory management systems.
• Organize and store materials in designated warehouse areas.
• Conduct regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies.
• Prepare outgoing shipments and coordinate with shipping carriers.
• Maintain a clean and organized warehouse environment.
• Assist in implementing and improving inventory control procedures.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely fulfillment of orders.
• Operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts, when necessary.
• Generate and maintain accurate documentation for all warehouse activities.

Required profile

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2‑3 years of experience in a similar warehouse role.
• Strong mathematical skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to lift and move items up to 50 lbs regularly.
• Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast‑paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.

• Proficiency with inventory management systems.
• Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Barcode scanners and RFID technology.
• Forklift operation (preferred).
