Reception Host (Luxury Italian Restaurant)

About the role

We are expanding our team at an award‑winning Italian fine‑dining restaurant in Riyadh. As a Reception Host you will be the first face guests see, creating a warm and memorable first impression in a fast‑paced luxury hospitality environment.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests with a presentable, elegant appearance and a confident, friendly demeanor.
• Manage guest flow, reservations and seating arrangements efficiently.
• Maintain composure and attentiveness during peak hours and high‑pressure situations.
• Support the wider front‑of‑house team and anticipate guest needs to ensure seamless service.
• Work rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends and public holidays.

Required profile

• Fluent Arabic and strong English communication skills.
• Prior experience as a Receptionist, Host or Hostess in a hospitality setting.
• Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Natural hospitality mindset, friendly, guest‑focused and reliable.
• Ability to work collaboratively and support team members.
