About the role

This is a full‑time, on‑site Receptionist position at Ideal Clinics in Jeddah. The role involves greeting patients and visitors, handling incoming calls, scheduling appointments and directing individuals to the appropriate departments or professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Greet patients and visitors and manage front‑desk reception.
• Answer and route incoming telephone calls with professional phone etiquette.
• Schedule and confirm patient appointments using the clinic’s booking system.
• Handle patient registration and maintain accurate front‑desk records.
• Maintain appointment calendars and assist with basic administrative and clerical tasks.
• Respond to patient inquiries and provide clear information.
• Coordinate with medical and administrative staff to ensure smooth workflow.
• Ensure a welcoming, orderly reception area at all times.

Required profile

• Strong clerical and front‑desk skills with attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service abilities.
• Ability to work full‑time on‑site in Jeddah and collaborate with medical teams.
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional administration or healthcare training is a plus.
• Prior experience in a healthcare or clinic setting is advantageous.
