Recruiting Manager – Middle East (Riyadh)

About the role

Oliver Wyman is seeking an experienced Recruiting Manager to lead experienced‑hire recruitment across the Middle East and support Partner recruitment throughout the IMEA region. Based in Riyadh, you will manage the full recruitment lifecycle for roles ranging from senior professionals to Partners, working closely with business leaders and the wider talent acquisition team.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with the Director of Recruiting to execute the experienced‑hire strategy aligned with regional growth plans.
• Collaborate with IMEA leadership to deliver Partner recruitment, including market mapping, executive search, candidate assessment, and offer management.
• Advise senior stakeholders on talent market trends, hiring strategies, and workforce planning.
• Leverage data and market insights to monitor recruitment performance and drive continuous improvement.
• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for multiple searches, focusing on experienced, leadership, and Partner‑level hires.
• Design and implement innovative sourcing strategies to attract top talent across the region.
• Build and maintain strong talent pipelines through proactive networking, referrals, and relationship management.
• Ensure an exceptional candidate experience and an inclusive, efficient hiring process.
• Manage relationships with executive search firms, recruitment agencies, and RPO providers.
• Collaborate with regional and global recruiting colleagues to share best practices.

• Strong stakeholder‑management and commercial acumen.
• Proven track record of attracting and securing high‑calibre talent, including senior leaders and Partners.
• Excellent communication and influencing skills.
