Recruiting Specialist

About the role

We are a leading consulting firm seeking a Recruiting Specialist to join our Riyadh team. The role focuses on delivering an exceptional candidate experience while supporting the full recruitment lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Communicate with candidates and provide timely follow‑ups throughout the recruitment process.
• Support recruitment activities from interview scheduling through onboarding coordination.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records, trackers, and hiring documentation.
• Assist with internship hiring programs and recruitment campaigns.
• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience while coordinating with internal stakeholders.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• HR certification (e.g., CIPD, SHRM, PHRi) preferred.
• Minimum of 3 years experience in recruitment coordination or talent acquisition support.
• Strong English communication skills.
• Excellent organizational, coordination, and time‑management abilities.
