About the role

We are looking for a motivated Recruitment Executive to support our talent acquisition operations. The role involves managing communication with candidates and clients, screening applications, and ensuring a smooth hiring process.

Key responsibilities

Assist in the end‑to‑end recruitment process, including posting job openings and scheduling interviews.
Maintain and update candidate databases, ensuring records are accurate.
Coordinate communication between candidates and hiring managers, providing timely updates.
Conduct initial assessments of candidates to evaluate skills and cultural fit.
Support onboarding activities for new hires.

Required profile

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field (preferred).
Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proactive attitude with the ability to manage multiple tasks.

Required skills

Proficiency in MS Office applications.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) is advantageous.
