Recruitment Lead Specialist

About the role

The Recruitment Lead Specialist will oversee end‑to‑end hiring activities, guide team members, and ensure consistent, high‑quality talent acquisition aligned with approved workforce plans and budgets.

Key responsibilities

• Support team members on assigned tasks, providing input, guidance, and on‑the‑job training.
• Execute recruitment activities across multiple channels, building effective talent pipelines.
• Monitor screening, shortlisting, interview scheduling, logistics and feedback consolidation to ensure a smooth candidate experience.
• Conduct candidate evaluations, reference checks, and background verifications.
• Prepare offers and contracts in compliance with internal policies and labor regulations.
• Maintain recruitment records, system updates, and audit‑ready documentation.
• Track recruitment KPIs (time‑to‑hire, cost‑per‑hire, sourcing efficiency) and highlight performance gaps.
• Collaborate with hiring managers and external partners to meet recruitment needs.
• Identify and recommend process improvements and tool enhancements.

Required profile

• Minimum of 6 years of relevant recruitment experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Industrial/Organizational Psychology or a related field.
• Proven ability to train and develop team members.
• Strong knowledge of recruitment best practices, sourcing strategies, and compliance requirements.
