Recruitment Officer

About the role

The Recruitment Officer will support recruitment and onboarding activities, managing the full recruitment cycle under the Talent Acquisition Manager. The role focuses on building talent pipelines, advertising vacancies, and delivering a positive candidate experience.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain a candidate database and develop talent pipelines for future hiring needs.
• Organise employment requisitions and advertise job openings across multiple channels.
• Source candidates using job boards, social media, recruitment agencies, and employee referrals.
• Review applications, conduct phone screens, and assess candidate suitability.
• Schedule interviews, manage calendars for hiring teams and candidates, and conduct sociometric hiring tests.
• Coordinate hiring activities with internal and external stakeholders and provide post‑interview feedback.
• Prepare pre‑employment paperwork, ensure compliance with employment laws, and manage visa requirements for international hires.
• Conduct new‑hire onboarding, including orientation programs and induction profiles.
• Track recruitment activity status and report weekly to the recruitment team.
• Maintain partnerships with departments and recruitment agencies to understand hiring needs.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field (essential).
• Minimum 2 years of relevant recruitment experience, including mass recruiting.
• Experience working with both local and international recruitment agencies.
• Strong communication skills in written and spoken English.
• Ability to work sensitively with people from diverse cultures and independently.
