Recruitment Specialist

About the role

The Recruitment Specialist partners with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and drives the end‑to‑end hiring process. This role ensures a smooth candidate experience while supporting the organization’s talent acquisition goals.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to define staffing requirements and job specifications.
• Create, update, and post job descriptions on job boards and social media platforms.
• Source, screen, and assess candidates through resumes, interviews, and assessments.
• Conduct initial interviews and coordinate further evaluation with department heads.
• Maintain candidate databases and track recruitment metrics.
• Participate in job fairs and employer branding activities.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.
• Stay informed on employment trends, labor laws, and best recruitment practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and work under pressure.

Required skills

• Proficiency with recruitment tools and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
