Recruitment Specialist

About the role

Arabian Trading Supplies (ATS) is seeking a passionate Recruitment Specialist to join its Talent Acquisition team. The role involves managing the full recruitment lifecycle, partnering with hiring managers, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience across multiple business functions.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the end‑to‑end recruitment process from approved requisition to offer acceptance.
• Source high‑quality candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals and social media.
• Screen CVs, conduct competency‑based interviews and assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and provide recruitment recommendations.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Ensure an excellent candidate experience through timely communication.
• Prepare recruitment reports and maintain accurate records.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR Business Partners to understand workforce requirements.
• Monitor recruitment KPIs and ensure vacancies are filled within agreed service levels.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and Saudi labour regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• Minimum two years of recruitment experience in the FMCG industry.
• Proven ability to manage multiple vacancies across different functions and levels.
• Strong sourcing experience using LinkedIn Recruiter and other platforms.
• Excellent interviewing, communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Strong organisational and time‑management abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Experience with an Applicant Tracking System is an advantage.
